Hello! I am Emma Condon and I love to help businesses and organizations shape the culture and strategy of their business by connecting leadership and transformational change. I help businesses re-evaluate their mission and goals in order to create new strategies for meeting these goals. Everyone has unique skills, and I want to help showcase those skills that will lead to success.

I just love to help people grow in their positions and teach them how to be the unique person they are. This is what I like to call business development through leadership.
I am currently receiving my Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Nevada, Reno. I received my undergraduate degree from UNR in Human Development and Family Studies which has given me knowledge about human behavior and how people interact with one another. This has lead me into business to extend my studies in how people interact at work, why, and how to continue to change and grow. The great thing about this passion is that it can apply to any and all businesses needing the extra guidance to be better each and every day.
I find the best way to help people in their leadership skills is to reassure them of what they are capable of and what their passions are. This not only creates trust, but allows individuals to feel confident in their everyday work environments.
Brene Brown said it best…. “I define a leader as anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes.”
During my undergraduate degree, I had the opportunity to travel solo and study abroad. This was by far one of the best experiences of my life because I really found my independence. I travelled across Europe, but studied in San Sebastián, Spain where I have family living. I met a lot of awesome people and experienced a life in a completely different culture.
I have experience in management, training & development, marketing, event management, and sales. Throughout my career so far, I have worked for small businesses, large businesses, and non-profits; however, all of which have helped me to where I am today. I gained a lot of experience working with a variety of different people and have learned a lot about how to excel and adapt to our ever-changing world we are currently living in!
I am born and raised in Reno, Nevada and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, snow skiing, reading, and cooking. I love to travel to different cities in my free time and enjoy local food, drinks, and good company. I plan on traveling more within the next few years to continue to expand my knowledge about business in different industries and help grow my current network.
